Heartstrings Policies
Our vintage bridal collection is irreplaceable, delicate & susceptible to damage. We kindly ask that you follow our policies below to help us protect and care for our collection.

Please arrive without any facial makeup (foundation, blush, etc.), lipstick, or fake tanning product on your face or body. If you fail to follow this policy and damage a dress, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee per dress effected.

Shopping appointment try-ons are limited to the bride who made the appointment, and "just for fun" try-ons are kindly discouraged.

Outside food and drink (besides water) are not permitted in the studio.

Due to the size of the studio, we ask that you limit your guests to 3 people.

Heartstrings is on the second floor and you will need to navigate a set of stairs to access the studio.

Cancellations: There is 24-hour cancellation period after booking a shopping appointment, after which the appointment fee is nonrefundable. We provide alterations appointments free of charge but ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment
